Пытаюсь установить/настроить miniconda. Качаю установщик с [
https://conda.io/en/latest/miniconda.html ].
ОС - лицензионная Windows 10 Pro x64.
Выполняю
conda install numpy
Получаю ошибку:

pip install numpy выдаёт ту же ошибку,

Отключить проверку сертификатов,
conda config --set ssl_verify no
не помогает. Хотя, в любом случае, ставить что-то без SSL не хотелось бы.
Точно такое же поведение выдают как miniconda x86, miniconda x64, так и Anaconda 3 x64. Ставил на Windows 8 x64 - всё то же самое. Брандмауэр отключал полностью, с браузера все адреса работают. Думаю, проблема всё же в недоступном модуле SSL.
Вопрос. Что делать? Как заставить работать команду
conda install numpy на miniconda? Если проблема в модуле SSL, то как установить модуль SSL для Python?
