Как привязать почту яндекса к домену регистратора internet.bs?

Есть домен на internet.bs
нужно настроить почту pdd.yandex.ru
Т.е создать MX запись

Имя поддомена: @
Тип записи: MX
Данные: mx.yandex.net.
Приоритет: 10

У других регистраторов всегда все получалось, а тут как-то непонятно.
Инструкцию они выслали

If you have your mail server at 1.2.3.4 and want
to point your MX records to this server, then to achieve this folow these steps.
1. login in your account
2. click on the domain name
3.Under advance option
4. click on DNS Management button
5. Expand the A records section
6. type "*" (without quotes) in the name field and 1.2.3.4 in the IPv4 Address field and
save
7. On the last row in the A Records section type "mail" (without quotes) and type 1.2.3.4
in the IPv4 Address field and save
8. Expand the MX Records section and leave the Name field empty and type
mail.domainname.com in the Exchanger field.

Но я так и не понял, что нужно сделать)
Может кто-то сталкивался с такой задачей?
