Как выводить с WebMoney на Payoneer?

Воспользовался стандартным средством перевода WMZ на карту через Keeper Mobile.
Первое, что насторожило - деньги пришли на карту только через 10 дней.
Второе - спустя пару дней после получения карту заблокировали с сообщением.

If there is no reply to this e-mail within 5 business days, we will contact the merchant and send the funds back on your behalf.

Почему Payoneer требует проверки того, что деньги от PAYMASTER24 LTD. назначались действительно мне? И какое к этому может иметь кредит? Получалось ли в вашем случае успешно перевести с WebMoney на именную карту Payoneer?
