Подсккжите репозиторий для Debian 9 без mariaDB?

В репозиториях Debian есть MySQL, есть и MariaDB:

Вот это:

на домашнем сервере. И там и там - Debian 9.

Качаем пакет, который добавит нужный репозиторий:

wget https://dev.mysql.com/get/mysql-apt-config_0.8.10-1_all.deb

Устанавливаем его:
dpkg -i mysql-apt-config_0.8.10-1_all.deb

Устанавливаем mysql:

apt-get update
apt-get install mysql-server

P.S. С mariadb, кстати, проблем особых быть не должно, посмотрите логи, что именно ей не нравится, оракловский mysql может по той же причине тоже не запуститься... =)
