Как мне избавиться от таких дублей https://xn--80aadii8aqggjedhkev.xn--p1ai/index.php?id=17?

Сайт на модх, файл .htaccess представлен ниже. Системные настройки настроены на использование дружественных урлов. Как это можно исправить?как сделать правильно редирект или чтобы кидало на 404? Раньше была такая проблема, вернее изначально в модх настроен не использовать друж урлы, но когда в настройках выставляешь ссылки с такого фармата ?id=17 меняются
на нормальные
