Как заставить работать тачпад Elantech?

Привет всем. Использую ноутбук на Linux Mint с ядром:

Linux 4.15.0-47-generic

Установлен тачпад Elantech. Система тачпад распознает:

Как видим, поле "Device Enabled (143)" равно 0. Пробую включить:
xinput set-prop 10 "Device Enabled" 1
Параллельно запустив:

Как видно, девайс включается, почему- то изменяются некоторые свойства, после чего происходит отключение.

Установлен пакет xserver-xorg-input-libinput.
xserver-xorg-input-evdev и xserver-xorg-input-synaptics удалены. Не пойму в чем дело. Я не такой опытный пользователь Linux. Надеюсь на вашу помощь.
